How soon do I get my results?
You should receive your results within 3-5 days from receiving your “sample received” email notification. If you haven’t received any correspondence from us then please check your email SPAM or JUNK folder.
Please be aware that different methods of post can take different lead times to arrive at our testing facilities.
I’m waiting on my kit, how long until it arrives?
For our bioresonance tests, there is no physical kit that’s sent out to you. Once you’ve completed your order please follow the on screen or emailed instructions and send us your hair sample to the address provided.
You do not need any special packaging to send your sample in, just place your hair into a small sealable bag clearly stating your redemption code and name in a secure mailing envelope.
Please remember to pay for the correct postage as we cannot be responsible for mail without a stamp.
How do I know that you’ve received my sample?
As soon as our lab has received your hair sample we will send you a confirmation email. We aim to provide your results within 3-5 days of you receiving this email.
If you haven’t received any correspondence from Check My Body Health then please check your email SPAM or
JUNK folder as sometimes our emails can go into this area. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you feel it’s been longer than this as our support team can check the status of your order and resend if necessary.
I want to discuss my results with you, is this possible?
Yes. Due to the sensitive nature of your results and our data protection policy you must be able to provide your name, email and redemption code to discuss your order so please have these ready. We can accept enquiries via email or live chat.
I would like a refund, what is your company policy?

For Groupon or Wowcher orders you need to request your refund through your Groupon or Wowcher account area as Check My Body Health does not manage these refunds. We can only process refunds for customers who have paid directly through our website.
Will Covid-19 cause delays to my order being tested?
We have robust processes in place to manage any potential disruption, including contingencies for our people, workplaces, technology and support services. As a company that fully embraces flexible and remote working, any closure of workplaces will mean that we remain operational but may impact some of our lead times to return test results. We do anticipate disruption across our global operations by factors outside of our control such as mail service delays or cancellations but will endeavour to do our best to minimise these delays and work as quickly as we can to process each and every sample that arrives at our testing facility.
Have you made any changes to your business
We are responding to the Government advice that we get day by day. We have made sure that our facilities have extra stocks of hand wash, cleaning wipes and sanitiser spray. All equipment and surfaces will be cleaned by the staff throughout the day. Our Technicians and staff are adhering to the strictest standards of hygiene, cleaning hands on a regular basis and making constant use of hand sanitising stations located throughout the building. All post and samples are being handled with gloves for protection to our team. Your results link is sent via email so nothing further will be physically sent from our building.
Every single member of our team is taking this very seriously and they are all taking extra precautions to do everything they can to prevent the spread.
Can I take a test if I think I have or have tested positive for Covid-19?
As with any infectious disease, we ask that you do not submit your samples while still infected. We request that you complete the recommended isolation period before submitting any sample for testing.

If I have tested positive for Covid-19 will it affect my results
Covid-19 has no effect on your results.
