Thank you for ordering with Check My Body Health. Your Covid test kit/s will be dispatched and tested by our laboratory partner Randox.

 

1. Await your test kit delivery

Your test kit will now be sent out to you via TNT next day Monday – Friday if ordered before 12 noon. Please get in touch with covidcustomersupport@randox.com or 08002545201 with any questions.

Please note: Day 5 Test To Release will be dispatched to you on day 4 of your arrival back to the UK so you will receive this on day 5. All other Covid-19 tests are sent on a next day delivery

 

2. Register your test kit

Once you’ve received your test kit please register it at https://randoxcovid.azurefd.net/urnRegistration (Full details on how to register will be included within your test kit).

 

3. Take your sample

Please follow the instructions included within your test kit for how to take your sample. Please get in touch with covidcustomersupport@randox.com or 08002545201 with any questions.

 

4. Send your sample

Please follow the instructions included within your test kit for how to return your sample. You can return your sample via a Randox Drop Box location, a DX return location (using the postage label included in your test kit) or you can arrange your own courier.
