When will I receive my test kit?
DPD Local –
Next Day Delivery
Order your testing kit before 2pm Monday to Friday and it will be despatched the same day via DPD. Please note there are no weekend dispatches for orders placed after 2pm from Friday. These will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
You will receive an email and text with tracking number and shipment updates.
Customer Collection
If it is safe and you are able to do so, you can pick your sample up from the laboratory.

How can I send back my sample?
Royal Mail Tracked 24
A Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label is included with every covid-19 kit ordered for you to return your sample to our laboratory. Please ensure you return your sample using a Royal Mail priority post box.
The tracked 24 service is intended for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. This can take 1-2 working days*. Please take note of your tracking number to check on the delivery status of your returned sample. *We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control.
DX Tracked Specimens
You can choose to upgrade your delivery to guaranteed next day delivery (Monday – Friday) via DX Tracked Specimens.
Please note that different locations have different opening times and that some locations will need to be booked.
Customer Collection
If it is safe and you are able to do so, you can drop your sample off to the laboratory.
Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
At the entrance of the building is a yellow bin labelled ‘Covid tests’. Please place your sample in the bin and our regular sample collection will pick this up. You do not need to meet anybody to do this.
