Please note the test-to-release programme does not apply to passengers coming from red-listed countries. All international arrivals to England must quarantine for 10 days, unless they have a job that qualifies for an exemption. From 15th February 2021, all international arrivals in quarantine are required to take a test on or before day 2 (of their quarantine period), for variant surveillance, and a test on or after day 8 (of their quarantine period).

Royal Mail Tracked 24
A Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label is included with every covid-19 kit ordered for you to return your sample to our laboratory. Please ensure you return your sample using a Royal Mail priority post box.
Arrange your own courier
If you would prefer not to return your sample using the provided Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label, you can arrange your own courier to deliver your sample.
Drop off to our laboratory
If it is safe and you are able to do so, you can drop your sample off to the laboratory.

How do you send the test kits?
Kits will arrive by post by Royal Mail Tracked 24. A Royal Mail Tracked 24 return label is provided with every kit for you to return to our centre.
Please note that all PCR tests can only be returned using Royal Mail priority postboxes. Priority postboxes are listed on the Royal Mail website at https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you
Our Covid-19 antibody tests can be returned via any Royal Mail postboxes.
How do I return my sample back?
The test includes a UN3373 return bag and Royal Mail Tracked 24 return label. All you need to do is follow the instructions to seal your sample inside the bag.

Our Covid-19 antibody tests can be returned via any Royal Mail postboxes.
How long does it take to receive the results?
Test results and Fit To Fly lab validated certificates are available online within 48 hours from when your sample is received by the lab. Please allow a total of 4-5 working days from placing your order to receiving your results.
How will I receive my results?
After lab testing is complete, you will be notified by email to download your PDF report.
Do you offer discounts for businesses?
Yes, we do offer discounts on volume and regular orders for businesses. Please get in touch through our business customers form and we will be happy to help.
What is the NHS coronavirus helpline?
As per the current Government and NHS advice, use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
1) You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
2) Your condition gets worse
3) Your symptoms do not get better after 7 days
You can use the online NHS Coronavirus service HERE.
Please remember, if you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms to protect others, do not go to a GP, pharmacy or hospital. Visit 111.nhs.uk for further information.
*Tests are dispatched same day, Monday – Friday if ordered before 3pm (weekend orders will be despatched on the following Monday) using a Tracked 24 Royal Mail service which is intended for next day delivery but not guaranteed.
