Changes to the
travel testing rules 11th Feb 2022
From 4am on 11 February all testing requirements will be removed for eligible fully vaccinated arrivals, with only a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) now required.
Arrivals who are not recognised as fully vaccinated will only need to take a pre-departure test and a PCR test on or before day 2 after they arrive in the UK.
Children aged 12-15 in England will be able to prove their vaccination status or proof of prior infection via a digital NHS COVID Pass from 3 February for outbound travel.

How it works
Order your kit
Order your test online and your collection kit will be delivered right to you door.
Take and post your sample
Take your sample using the easy to follow guide, and send it to our fully accredited laboratory using one of the two options below.
Receive your results
We will email you as soon as your results are ready, within 24 hours from the laboratory receiving your sample.
How to return your Covid sample

Royal Mail Tracked 24
A Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label is included with every COVID-19 kit ordered for you to return your sample to our laboratory. Please ensure you return your sample using a Royal Mail priority post box.
The tracked 24 service is intended for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. This can take 1-2 working days*. Please take note of your tracking number to check on the delivery status of your returned sample. *We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control.
DX Drop Locations
Follow the return packing instructions from your kit.
If you have a DX return label in your order, please apply this to the OUTER PACKAGE. Do not cover the UN3373 logo. Please keep a record of your tracking number.
DX provide options for customers to return their sample to our laboratory in Northern Ireland, which should arrive next day. DX Depos/MBE sites are currently open to accept sample returns Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please note, drop off times vary by site as per the listing on the DX website so CLICK HERE for your DX drop opening hours.

Only customers who used a discount code on checkout are eligible to receive prepaid DX return labels from DX locations, as part of our partnership with selected airlines/holiday providers. Please note DX MBE sites can charge for DX return labels.

*Tests are dispatched same day, Monday – Friday if ordered before 3pm. Weekend orders after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
**Test results and Fit To Fly lab validated certificates are available within 24 hours from when your sample is received by the lab. Please allow at least 4-5 working days from placing your order to receiving your results. You can order your test kit in advance.
